About The Gardens
The Gardens is a privately owned and operated, 106-bed Assisted Living Community, located in Oswego, New York, just minutes away from Route 481 and situated in a beautiful residential neighborhood.
The Gardens provides an active living community and promotes independence while offering the support services necessary to assist individuals with health care needs. The Gardens offers a wellness center with access to exercise equipment and therapy staff, many beautiful and spacious areas for leisure, family and personal visits, socialization and formal activities. Clinically speaking the Gardens has home health aides and LPNs around the clock to assure that care and support for our residents is always available. The Gardens also offers help with medication management, therapeutic diets, oxygen and diabetic management support.
Our caring staff takes pride in providing an atmosphere that truly feels like home, while delivering comprehensive care 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
